What are my delivery options?

We ship using many different couriers or postage services depending on your area. Depending on Your order size we will choose the most economical method of shipping.

Shipping Costs?

Shipping for small to medium Orders are at a rate of $15.00 GST. On larger Orders or bulky items this will be calculated from $35.00 GST.

Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging unopened
  • The Goods are in a condition in which can be further sold on
  • The Goods have not been fitted, tested or used in any shape or form

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of Goods which have been specially sourced or ordered in.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Some or all Goods may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% of original purchase price. Shipping costs either way are non refundable.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Warranty Policy

Issues can happen from time to time. If you are having an issue with any of the purchased goods please get in touch

Majority of items are provided with a 1 Year (12 Months) warranty. Some items may differ to this.

What If I have a warranty claim?

Firstly please contact us here After this we will get you to send back the item. Once we have assesed the goods we will either send the item back to the manufacture or issue a replacment or refund (in the situation we are unable to provide a replacment).

The manufacture will asses the item further and provide either a replacement or refund. At this point the decision to replace, refund or reject the claim is up to the manufacture.

If you require a replacement straight away you may purchase another product. Once the manufacture has either refunded or replaced the item you will be refunded the purchased amount (less any freight charges)
